The name "CB Flooring" was ... founded in 1997 by Chuck and Carol Bode and was previously known as "Bode Floors" since 1976. Chuck and Carol have been doing business in the Maryland, DC, and Virginia markets for over 35 years now and are currently one of the largest privately owned flooring contractors in the country with a sales volume that exceeded $100 million in 2017. Our company is broken into three distinct business entities including homebuilder, commercial, and residential. Our homebuilder business caters to the new home construction market both detached and multifamily, which supplies and installs material such as carpet, vinyl, hardwood, laminate, ceramic, and marble for many of the top local and national homebuilders. Our commercial division handles a large variety of floor covering products for general contractors, the public sector, private developers and government. Our third division is our retail business, Bode Floors, which is a subsidiary of CB Flooring.
