Cascade Athletic Club is a four-club, full service fitness/social/racquet club serving the Portland Metropolitan area. Three ... of our facilities are family friendly and include pools, family hours and kids programs. Our largest facility, the Gresham location, includes 5 indoor tennis courts, 11 racquetball courts and a private water park complete with splash pad and slides. It also has a full service cafe. We believe health includes more than just exercise and thus provide many social programs and events as well as weight loss support and nutritional counseling. Additional services include massage, physical therapy, and a full service salon.
