We produce over 30 varieties of cheese at Carron Lodge, using milk from our own farm, including our own herd of water buffalo. We also have facilities to cold smoke cheese using oak chippings. Our Oak Smoked Brie has won numerous awards for its wonderfully creamy, smokey flavour. We can also “Bespoke Smoke” and smoke any cheese to the customers’ requirements.
