It now represents a strategi ... c aspect of Carraro’s core business, which focuses on transmission systems for agricultural machines and earth-movers. The Rovigo plant is where the entire specialized range of tractors for the niche orchard and vineyard environments is conceived, designed and produced. Running parallel to this in the same facility, a range of specialized tractors is manufactured for well-known OEMs like John Deere, Massey Ferguson and Claas. It is partly due to this synergy that the approach to production at the Rovigo Carraro plant has evolved significantly over the last few years, becoming a signature center that is recognized on an international level.
