They are all bonded, insured employees who are registered with the State of California after completing extensive background checks, TB tests, etc. before being placed in a client's home. Caring Companions At Home has qualified Case Managers on staff that visit with clients and family members in their homes to evaluate and assess their individual needs to ensure a perfect placement. We recognize the importance of compatibility between the personalities of both client and caregiver; therefore our caregivers are carefully matched with each client.
