The mission of CapABLE is to foster an environment of understanding, acceptance, inclusion and continued support for our empl ... oyees who have a disability, the coworkers of individuals with a disability, the employees who, outside of work, provide care for an individual with a disability, and our employees who treat and serve patients with disabilities. We would like to serve as an advocate for employees who are disabled, a support for coworkers and departments who have employees who are disabled, a champion for employees who care for an individual with a disability as they build their NCH career, and a resource for those treating and advocating for patients who have a disability. We want to become a valued partner with employees, internal departments and management, NCH leadership and outside communities. Membership is open to all NCH employees. All members are eligible to chair committees, become candidates for elected office, and vote in the election process. read more
