CASC is a student-led non-profit organization founded in 1947 by the California Department of Education and the California As ... sociation of School Administrators. CASC is governed by a fifteen member Board of Directors composed of ten adults and five students and a twenty-four member State Council that includes high school students who serve as region presidents, program directors and officers.
