Calia Group is a holding of family businesses founded in 1988 by the coming together of two optometrists, Eduardo dos Santos ... and Marta Burgos, who began their journey in the field of optics by opening the first Multiopticas franchised store in Portugal. Two decades later, in 2007, they launched their own brand, Opticalia, in the Portuguese market, and in 2012 the brand became international with the start of operations on the African continent.
