The Cal Poly San Luis Obispo stude ... nt chapter aims to connect students with peers and professionals, to explore the opportunities within the field, and to make a lasting and meaningful impact on our community and profession. Established in 1974, Cal Poly SLO ITE has grown significantly over the years. We hold information sessions with firms and agencies, tour project sites, attend professional conferences, hold social events, coordinate professional development opportunities, volunteer with different organizations, and explore the infinite opportunities of transportation engineering! As a continuously growing chapter, we aspire to connect our members further and continue to be creative in how we impact the profession. New events include Mario Kart, the SLO Transpo Mixer, Student Leadership Summit, as well as increased volunteering and social events. Something new is always around the corner! read more
