We use 100% pure Canadian milk and there are absolutely no modified milk ingredients used in the production of our cheeses. Our cheeses also do not contain any preservatives, fillers, gluten or animal rennet and all of our smoked cheeses are naturally smoked using real hickory and maple wood in our in-house smokehouse.
