In 1995 the Company became part of the French multinational group Chargeurs and, in the same year, obtained the ISO 9002 certification. In 1998 the company obtained the ISO 9001 certification. From 1998 to date the company has been devoting many resources to technological innovation and has been making new investments to increase product quality and production capacity. In 2004 the company obtained the ISO 14001 certification for the environmental management system. In 2008 the company obtained the Health & Safety BS OHSAS 18001 certification. In january 2012 the commercial and r&d parts of the technical tapes business were transferred in to a new entity named Boston tapes commercial Srl, owned at 100% by Boston tapes SpA which became a pure production center both for protective film and technical tapes.
