Founder Henry Bohl was a former teacher turned bra ... ss foundry manager who was fascinated by the emerging technology of mass-production foundries. Envisioning a promising future for material handling, he formed his own company and began selling simple monorails. 90 years later, Bohl has evolved into three divisions: Crane, Equipment, and Machine. Following in his father's footsteps, Richard Bohl founded Bohl Equipment Co. in 1952 to handle forklift applications. Partnering with Hyster Company, Bohl Equipment became an authorized dealer and has been offering a full line of products ever since.
