Southern Wisconsin Broadcasting, LLC is the licensee of WCLO-AM and WJVL-FM, Janesville, Wisconsin. 1230 WCLO-AM, established August 30, 1930. 99.9 WJVL-FM, established October 10, 1947. Bliss acquired the Marinette (WI) Eagle-Star in 1980 and the Menominee (MI) Herald-Leader in 1982. The two merged in 1995 to create the EagleHerald. Community Shoppers Inc. was purchased by Bliss Communications Inc. in June 2008.
