The Estate & Asset Management operation was a cornerstone of the original business and Blenheims has built on their reputation for providing high quality service with a personal approach. In 2013, the company acquired The TMS Group - one of the largest block management companies in the South West and combined Blenheims' and TMS' portfolios in this area. 2015 saw TMS brought under the Blenheims brand as it was renamed Blenheims Estate and Asset Management (SW) Limited.
