On January 1, 2008, Blackhawk State Bank officially changed our name to Blackhawk Bank & Trust to reflect the addition of our Trust Department, which we established in the Fall of 2007. Only the name has changed. Our bank has been a local success story. From our roots in Milan, IL we have expanded into Rock Island, Coal Valley, Moline, East Moline, Silvis, Colona, Aledo, Edgington, Port Byron and Geneseo,IL as well as Davenport, LeClaire, Princeton and Bettendorf, IA. From those locations we serve the residents of Rock Island, Henry and Mercer Counties in Illinois and Scott County in Iowa.
