Our warm and ... welcoming Residential Homes provide a safe and nurturing environment with consistent boundaries to promote structure and routine in the everyday lives of the young people we support. Our fully-qualified Support Staff specialise in forming and maintaining trusting relationships; supporting people to overcome previous trauma and adversity. Alongside this, we provide construction training placements for the young people living in our Residential Homes by delivering a variety of construction programmes. Initially, we deliver a twelve-week programme that helps to identify a specific area within the construction industry that the young person is interested in developing further. Young people are then offered training placements and paid work with our sister construction company.
