The Leadership Fellows Scholarship Program is a four-year, merit-based scholarship for undergraduate students who have demons ... trated a strong foundation in high school leadership and a desire to serve as campus leaders while at Berry. The program is structured around current leadership models and is designed to increase students’ leadership knowledge and capabilities, all the while cultivating a community of leaders and peer mentors. Participants are expected to actively pursue leadership opportunities on campus, seek out means to improve campus organizations and teams, facilitate the leadership development of their peers, and pursue leadership opportunities in their communities after graduation. read more
