Beck, CFP®, CAP®, is a Senior Vice-President with Hefren-Tillotson and takes great pride in assisting clients in the accumulation and preservation of their wealth. Jim joined Hefren-Tillotson in 1986 as a Financial Advisor and became a principal of the firm just three years later. Lyric McCandless Schnur is a Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor with Hefren-Tillotson, Inc. Lyric and her partners, Jim Beck and T.J. McCance, specialize in helping clients become and remain financially independent through traditional and fee-based relationships. Lyric truly enjoys working closely with her clients and remains focused on providing them with service and on-going communication. T.J. McCance, AAI, MBA, is a Vice President and Financial Advisor with Hefren-Tillotson, Inc. Originally joining the Hefren-Tillotson Management Team in 2013, T.J. took on the role of Director of Insurance and worked closely with clients on strategies geared toward protecting assets, planning for an extended care need, legacy planning, diversifying risk, and tax and estate planning.
