Richard is supported by his Directors Richard Gill and Chris Tappenden. Richard Gill is the company’s Commercial Director and brings a wealth of cross-utility experience, having spent 25+ years in the water, power and telecoms sectors in both a technical and commercial capacity. Chris Tappenden heads up the planning operation in the role of company Planning Director and has 20+ years of telecoms planning and multi-disciplinary project management expertise. The BDS team is located at our head office in the West Midlands and comprises project management staff, telecoms planning engineers, diversionary planners, network surveyors, MDU planners, GIS & support analysts and a wayleave acquisition team.
