BCCNM is the provincial regulator for all nurses and midwives in British Columbia. BCCNM was established Sep. 1, 2020, through the amalgamation of the BC College of Nursing Professionals and the College of Midwives of BC. This amalgamation is in line with the Ministry of Health's ongoing efforts to streamline and modernize health profession regulation in B.C.
