Autpost was founded to gather the best of current Autistic thinking from around the globe and to present it in an accessible ... way and at an affordable price. This knowledge has been scattered across hundreds of blogs, social media posts, live streams, memes, articles, talks and videos. A lot of great material has become inaccessible or hard to find. Our goal is to create a home for all that, so nothing need be lost again. Our mission is to create a better understanding of Autistic life, and lay the foundations for a new and better world for Autistic people and those who love us. We seek to do this by providing insights into our Autistic minds and the beautiful inner worlds we often do not get an opportunity to share. Knowledge is growing just as our community grows in strength. Autpost is bringing the latest and most reliable information from the only people who fully understand what it’s like to be Autistic in this world - Autistics. Our priority is to have Autistic voices explain Autistic topics to parents, schools and professionals like therapists, doctors, psychologists etc. These groups have been selected first because they directly impact on Autistic children and teens, and we need to bring an end to the harm misinformation has done. We will add content for Autistic adults, teens, and kids, and for employers, colleges and other audiences as things progress. We have organised our video library in three groups by length: Shorts: 08:00 mins – 20:00 mins Medium: 21:00 mins – 45:00 mins Long: 46:00 mins - 60:00 mins You can submit a single video or dozens – its up to you. Similarly you can choose what length suits you and your material. Though for now we are focusing mainly on short and medium length pieces, longer and more in-depth videos are accepted. We are also interested in re-publishing ‘lost’ video of seminars, conferences, talks and even slideshows or animations so long as they are relevant to the autistic expereince. read more
