APSA tries to become more visible and vocal with issues that affect our community while aiming to share the Asian Pacific culture with all ethnicities. Our organization is open to anyone who is interested in learning about Asian Pacific culture, communities, and various miscellaneous things. We want everyone to develop an appreciation for the rich traditions and beliefs of Asian Pacific cultures. APSA hopes to help and to be of assistance in advocating and representing the organization's interest both within and outside of campus. We help serve the community either by volunteering for or providing service events. Throughout the year, APSA dedicates time to have various social, cultural and community events that serves the purpose in our organization. Some of the awesome & various events that APSA has participated in include: * High School Conference * Fashion Talent Show * Homecoming * GreenFest SDSU's APSA also networks with UCSD and other colleges & universities around to have socials and other community projects together.
