Yet, Medicare changes every year in regards to Part C and D, and Medigap plans have rate increases. I was under the impression that when you retire, the goal is to be completely retired. Some Insurance Agencies out there are okay recruiting agents on those false pretenses one day, and the next talking to clients about how the W.S.J and Morningstar state the 4% rule is out, and there is a good chance they will outlive their money. It's unbelievable.
