Birmingham-based ARC Realty, a full-service real estate brokerage firm, has purchased Montgomery’s top-producing Alfa Realty, ... making the company the largest Alabama-owned real estate agency, representing three-hundred agents in six offices. Former Alfa Realty Broker Norman Schlemmer will serve as Managing Partner of ARC Realty River Region and direct two offices. Along with an established agent force, managing nearly 300 current listings, ARC Realty River Region will bring ARC’s industry leading practices to the area.
