As a Group Training Organisation (GTO) we directly employ Apprentices and Trainees and hire them out to businesses that become 'Host Trainers' for a simple hourly rate, billed weekly. We recruit the apprentice/trainee, facilitate and manage the ongoing training and employment needs for the Apprentice / Trainee.
