Team members acting in the APIOps role are a combination of DevOps and API development experts. APIOps masters the API development tool chain and automation related to it. They have an internal desire to automate every piece of the development process that can be automized. They excel in agile development, continuous integration, and utilizing existing resources such as cloud technology.
