The project is coordinated by the ANPAL - EURES National Coordination Office, in partnerships with Giacomo Brodolini Foundati ... on, SEPE Spain, Metropolitan City of Rome Capital, DIAN Greece, VOLUM Romania, Time4society Belgium, Chamber of Commerce and Industry Bulgaria and in collaboration with 23 Associated organisms in Italy and Slovenia. It is part of the European Solidarity Corps initiative launched by the European Commission in December 2016 and aims to provide job opportunities or internships for young people between the ages of 18 and 30, with non-governmental organizations, local public administrations and private companies. The work experience supported by the program may vary from 2 to 12 months. The aim of the project is to place 2,000 young people looking for employment (200 of which through internships), providing financial support for them, as well as small and medium-sized host companies financial support for the implementation of any integration programs. The project offers integrated and personalized services for young people and employers, offered by qualified operators in all the following phases: Access to youth service (through the European portal https://europa.eu/youth/solidarity_en); Access to service by employers (through the national portal http://www.anpal.gov.it/); Cross between demand and supply (matching) ; Pre-placement; Placement and post-placement actions. The geographical dimension of the project is oriented towards the placement of young Europeans on all 28 Member States in the field of solidarity. The professional sectors of reference for the initiative are those of Solidarity. In particular, 6 production sectors have been identified: 1. Education and educational activities aimed at young people and children 2. Well-being and health, long-term care, prevention, social inclusion activities 3. Reception of migrants and asylum seekers, disadvantaged people 4. Environmental protection, waste recycling, water supply, management of environmental recovery and restoration, rehabilitation, restructuring of disadvantaged areas 5. Natural Emergency Management and Disaster Management, Control and Security Activities 6. Food Aid, Production and Distribution of Foods for Disadvantaged People. read more
