America Works is funded on a federal grant, by the U.S. Dept. of Labor and the U.S. Govt. We work in unison with a network of quality employers, such as your company, and various resource partners and agencies to source careers for our Veterans. Since our inception in 1984, we have placed thousands of our heroes into job/career positions nationwide. We pre-screen, to match the skill set of our candidates and prep and assist them before we send over their resumes for review. This saves employers time and money. We also, go the extra mile to monitor the work progress for both parties to assure they are a good fit, and we also help transition our vets to career advancement for those looking to source and work in their dream jobs. We also assist in updating resumes, mock interviews, and fund training such as OSHA 30, Logistics, PMP certifications, as well as Security guard license and certifications for unarmed and armed positions when needed.
