Founded in 1914, Alpha Kappa Lambda was the first fraternity to be founded west of the Mississippi River by its 11 founding f ... athers. Today, it has 32 chapters and over 25,000 initiated members nationwide. The Gamma Alpha Chapter at the University of Missouri - Columbia was rechartered in 2015 and secured a house in Greek Town in 2016.
