The ALOHAS ECO-Center represents the first project in Europe to realize an Eco-friendly agriculture, food, and beverage produ ... ction. We use a Dynamic Modeled Systemic Approach - Systems of Systems along with idea’s and concept’s based on the book’s of the Blue Economy, Circular Economy, Cradle-to-Cradle for our complete manufacturing processes, which ensure a reduced usage of resources with carbon neutral methods. The ALOHAS ECO-Center produces food and beverages with several certifications, e.g. organic, fair-trade, vegan, „Made in Germany“ and provides 100% Eco-friendly packaging. This holistic concept with its environmentally sustainable standards is unique and unrivaled in this industry. The ANJA ALOHAS ECO-Center serves as a role model on a global scale. Addressing the Water, Energy, Food Nexus with resilient, sustainable, technologies: the facility is equipped with a complete water plant system including; ambient water, rainwater, gray-water recycling, and black water processing. CleanTech power system including; Solar Photovoltaic (PV), Wind Turbines, and Hydrogen renewable energies which are connected and backed up to latest energy storage specifically TESLA PowerPacks II which then feeds into Schleswig-Holsteins northern renewable energy network. This makes the ALOHAS ECO-Center independent from Fossil Fuel energy and allows us to reach a net-zero energy balance. A large portion of our raw materials (12 varieties of Greens) will be grown on-site in our fully automated multilevel vertical farm - Controlled Environmental Agriculture (CEA), soilless, space-saving CEA with a multi-layered cultivation, fully supplied by recycled rainwater, and organic nutrient lm technology.3 Unlike current products that only cover one or two parts of the whole spectrum, each of the 85 organic ANJA products has received all important certificates: they are all 100% organic, vegan, GMO-free, CO2 neutral, free of gluten and lactose, mainly fair-trade, and they do not contain sugar, preservatives or flavor enhancers. read more
