Alliance Human Services specializes in challenging behaviors for youth up to 21 years of age. We provide short-term and respite placements, as well as long-term, pre-adoptive placements. Alliance Human Services provides weekly face-to-face meetings, treatment and service planning, 24-hour on-call support as well as on-going training and other services. We, at Alliance, are proud of our record in helping children achieve permanency goals by carefully assessing the strengths and needs of the children to make the best possible match with our skilled and compassionate foster parents. In addition, we are proud of the degree to which our children and youth achieve safety, stability, and well-being. We pride ourselves on maintaining close and collaborative relations with state and local officials as well as colleagues from other agencies. Alliance is staffed by experienced child-welfare professionals. Our Case Managers are qualified professionals who receive clinical supervision and training. Case Managers hold Bachelor's level (or above) degrees in the Human Services field and are supervised by a licensed clinician.
