Age Concern Hampshire (ACH) works to promote independent living to over-50s in the county. ACH offers day care for those with a diagnosis of dementia and/or physical frailty. The majority of our clients have a full time carer, usually a husband/wife/son or daughter. We provide respite care and transport provisions, allowing carers to have an essential break from their caring responsibility.
