We offer financial education and regulated financial advice services which are specifically designed to help the entire workforce make informed decisions about their finances. For example; financial education services cover course topics such as pre-retirement, lifetime allowance, annual allowance and redundancy. This can be delivered face-to-face or online and utilises digital nudge technology to encourage employee engagement and participation. Digital support is also provided through interactive tools including the Financial Healthcheck providing information on debt and money management, health and financial protection as well as managing savings and understanding retirement savings. All our interactions are measured and can be benchmarked against the industry standard to fully understand the impact. This is of particular importance when meeting financial wellbeing objectives. As well as this, as we are a member of the Wealth at Work group of companies, employees may also benefit from other services within the group including a telephone helpline and regulated financial advice provided by my wealth - supporting those who need specific recommendations regarding their savings and investments, including those who need to make important decisions about their retirement income options.
