ARQ aims to bring Q ... ueen Mary robotics activities under one roof to increase visibility and facilitate collaboration and public engagement. One of the main aims of ARQ is to amalgamate, facilitate and promote research and teaching in advanced robotics in the widest sense. Our ambition is to underpin existing Queen Mary robotics research activities and to create a focal point for research in robotics. We provide world-class undergraduate and postgraduate research and teaching in robotics. ARQ's activities span across the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science (EECS), the School of Engineering and Material Science (SEMS), the School of Biological and Chemical Sciences and Medical faculty. The Centre is led by Professor Kaspar Althoefer and is composed of academic faculty, researchers and postgraduate students. ARQ's facilities are located in Mile End Campus, Queen Mary, University of London, UK. QMUL is a Russell Group University and particularly strong in the research areas of engineering and computer science as evidenced by the most recent REF results. read more
