Adjunct Faculty United is the exclusive representative for the bargaining unit established by the Public Employment Relations ... Board (PERB) in the North Orange County Community College District. The unit includes part-time hourly academic employees performing credit or noncredit assignments as instructors, counselors and librarians and employed in such assignments for not more than sixty-seven (67) percent of the load of scheduled duties for a full-time regular faculty member having comparable duties averaged over the semester or term.
