Founded in 1928, Aberdour is a thriving and extremely successful independent preparatory day school for boys and girls aged 2 ... to 11 years. The School is comprised of our Pre-Prep (Nursery and Reception classes, ages 2-5), a Middle School (ages 6-8) and the Preparatory, or Senior School (ages 9-11). Aberdour is set in twelve acres of beautiful Surrey parkland and is conveniently located, being only sixteen miles from central London. It has many impressive facilities including a new Arts and Innovations building (opened September 2015), large Sports Hall, indoor Swimming Pool, two purpose-built Science Laboratories, all-weather pitches, courts and wickets, dance studio, libraries and two IT suites. The School is fortunate to have a fully equipped sick bay, run by qualified nursing staff.
