We offer a CNA Step Program, which is a three-step program that allows CNAs to improve and develop various skill sets, which also comes with compensation increases for each step. Further, Aase Haugen offers Gerontology Certification and IV Certification, and we also provide scholarships from CNA to LPN or CNA to RN to help offset the cost of education.
