After starting the business with only one install technician and one service technician, their dream has been realized after growing into a company with a staff of over 90 people and branching out into all areas of the HVAC business. In May of 2007, A-1 United implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, (ESOP). In essence, Ray Barr and Stan Gregory turned over the ownership of the company to our dedicated and loyal employees.
